Executive Summary

A refined lens on an already high-performing asset

Goldwynn Resort & Residences is a stunning, high-performing asset. Moving from your current 90% guest satisfaction baseline to a consistent, "next-level" luxury standard requires a refined service lens and reinforced leadership habits.

This proposal outlines a phased approach to auditing the Resort-Condo model and implementing a sustainable culture of excellence — beginning with a structured on-site diagnostic and progressing to an ongoing advisory engagement calibrated to the property's specific needs.

Why now?

Every quarter without a structured service framework risks inconsistent guest experiences that erode repeat bookings, depress online ratings, and make it harder to command premium rates. The GM transition window is a rare opportunity to set new standards before habits set in — not after.
