Executive Summary
This proposal outlines a phased approach to auditing the Resort-Condo model and implementing a sustainable culture of excellence — beginning with a structured on-site diagnostic and progressing to an ongoing advisory engagement calibrated to the property's specific needs.
Why now?
Every quarter without a structured service framework risks inconsistent guest experiences that erode repeat bookings, depress online ratings, and make it harder to command premium rates. The GM transition window is a rare opportunity to set new standards before habits set in — not after.
Phase 1
Observing Front Desk and Housekeeping during peak turnover cycles to identify friction points firsthand.
Evaluating current procedures against luxury Best in Class standards — identifying gaps and quick wins.
One-on-one sessions with supervisors to assess coaching capabilities and identify development opportunities.
Reviewing hand-off points between the HOA, F&B, and core resort staff to surface cross-departmental friction.
Deliverable
A Foundational Assessment Report delivered within 7 days of the visit — your property's roadmap, identifying immediate Quick Wins and long-term structural needs.
Ongoing Advisory Engagement — June / July
